General Terms & Conditions


  • Rates are based by unit type, not per person.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
  • In order to guarantee your booking, a valid credit card must be provided.
  • While Marley Resort & Spa does not discourage families from enjoying our little piece of Nassau, our facilities are geared toward guests 18 and older.
  • The lead traveler for each reservation must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Daily maid service is provided.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exceptions of service animals with proper documentation for a fee of $250.00
  • All bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment for length of stay. We will confirm our acceptance of your booking by sending you an email to the email address that you provide during the booking process.

Storm Policy

  • Within 3 days of an official hurricane/tropical storm watch, guests may reschedule their stay or cancel fully. Cancelations will incur the standard cancelation fee of 1 night plus taxes and fees.
  • Guests who choose to leave the hotel during a storm watch will be refunded any unused portion of their stay.

Room Rates and Payment

  • All prices are subject to the value added tax (VAT) of 7.5%, a Service Charge of 10.75%, and the Nassau Promotion Board Resort Levy of 8%. The Hotel reserves the right to revise rates at any time.
  • Please note that your credit card charge will appear as Travel Group Marketing.
  • Upon check-in a deposit of $100 per night will be authorized to your credit card to guarantee any additional services charged to your room bill. This will be returned to you in the method that you paid, upon your departure, less any incidentals you incurred during your stay.
  • Please note that all credit card transactions (charges and refunds) though released immediately may take 7-14 business days to process by your bank. There are no refunds for early departures.

Check-In / Out

  • Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a valid credit card along with a valid form of photo identification.
  • Early check-in can be requested. It cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
  • If you require a late check-out, please contact us before 5pm the day before you depart and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After Hours Check-In

  • The front desk is open from 8am to 8pm. If arriving after this time, please call us and we will gladly make arrangements for your arrival.

Natural Mystic Spa

  • In order to accommodate your individual schedule, and to ensure availability we recommend you book your spa appointments well in advance. Please call the spa to schedule your reservation. Credit card required to secure an appointment. Reservations canceled within 12 hours of appointment time will result in full charge of schedule service.
  • Spa Hours are Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday by appointment only.

Simmer Down Restaurant

  • There are three seating areas available for dining: an oceanfront balcony, an elegant dining room, or the open-air terrace.
  • Breakfast: 7:30am - 10:30am
  • Lunch: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
  • Dinner: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
